Worrying…, there is a better way
“Worrying”…, especially when we “worry” about someone or something, creates a “lose - lose” energy. Not only will we be attracting the negative energy of worry, but we will also be sending that negative energy to the one we are worrying about.
We may think that by “worrying” about someone, it is showing that we care about them and are helping. What we don’t realize is that we are sending them the negative energy induced by worry, and there is a great possibility that they are now worrying about something they weren’t before, or worrying more about a challenge they are facing.
We are all connected in more ways than we realize. If or when you get a feeling of worry about someone in your life, use that feeling to then send them Positive Energy. Instead of continuing to worry about them, Feel them being Healthy, Happy, and Whole!
It is also very important to do this for ourselves. Use the trigger of worry as a signal that you are drifting off course and need to make shift. Then, instead of going deeper into a negative energy and closing doors, simply breath deeply and allow positive energy to flow through you. This will then allow doors to open, giving you the answers and strength to move forward in a Powerful way.
Dedicate the Month of June to being aware of negative energy, especially “worry”. You can then use thatawareness as a Powerful guide to make a shift, creating True Transformations and the ability to be in Full Control.
